I am affiliated with Dr. Marzano and his work as well as Pathfinder USA. Both of these organizations are devoted to serious school improvement. ( I recently received an email from Colleen Fitzgibbons and she sounds like she still loves living in NYC. (She saw my information on this website and that reminded me I needed to make some edits.)I saw Colleen at the wedding of Pam Warner Rosenthal's (my step-sister) daughter in DC and I would have recognized her anywhere! Way to go Colleen! I spent my 50th birthday in Florida with my mom and Nick and all my brothers, including my sister-in-law(Linda Burnside Doty). We all were able to enjoy some sun and lots of laughs. Dad and Dorothy could not make it but did send best wishes from SC. All the best!

Thanks to the Ilion Firefighters for taking care of my Mom a couple of years back when she suffered a heart attack. Good job guys, but is Trevett running that place? Just kidding Jim. "Whew! A lot has happened in the last year! On May 26, 1999, I found out I was promoted toMaster Sergeant (E-7) in the Air Force. On May 28th, I found out I was selected for an assignment to Alice Springs, Australia. To find me, look at the continent of Australia (obviously!) and point toward the middle - you should be close. Alice is in the outback, and believe me, it is out there! I arrived in sunny, hot, dry Alice on 20 October and it took awhile, but it's growing on me. The Olympics in Sydney is right around the corner and, of course, I'm going! I can hardly wait! As for when I'll return to the states, January 2001 is the month. Wish I could make it to our 25th reunion, but flying is not my mode of choice. It took close to 24 hours to get here from the east coast and I only want to make that trip one more time! To those who do attend, good luck and have a beer for me! Take care and G'day from 'down under!' " - Cynthia

"I don't think the appropriate recognition was given to the organizers or our 25th class reunion, so I'd like to take this opportunity to do so. First of all, I know how difficult it can be to organize something like this, and it never seems to fit into everybody's schedules, nor does everybody have the same ideas on what type of event we should have. But the main goal is to get together with old friends, make some new ones, and just have a good old time. And that is exactly what happened at this reunion. It was really good to see everybody who could make it, either Friday night or Saturday. It's fun to see how people have changed in appearance (ok, mostly then guys!) and in how many ways people stay the same. It was great to see old friends, the Bill(s), the Dan(s), the Jim(s), Brady, Greg, Mary, Dale, Kim, (just)Jane, Alan, and all the others (this list could go on and on, but you get my point), and also a chance to meet the spouses and the kids. I know I will undoubtedly forget some people, but thanks to Dan LaLonde, Jim Monohan, Dale Boudry, Bill Leon, Brady and Mary Boyd, Kenny, and all the others who I know helped, but whose names I am not aware of, who put this all together. Everybody make sure you keep this website updated with addresses (both US and email) so that the 30th can be even bigger and better. Of course, some pointers on planning the 30th. Keep Greg Brown away from the barmaid at the bowling alley, so he doesn't start any fights. And keep me away from all the little Italian chef statues (I still think he would have looked cute sitting in Dan Hyer's car!). Stay in touch!"." - Rob

I know I missed a great Senior year with all you Whackos but I tried to carry on the tradition of fun and humor in Connecticut. Time will tell if I've succeeded. I married a great person in 1981 and have two outstanding children: Jack, 8 and Anita 5. I look forward to hearing from anyone who visits this terrific Website and is crazy enough to contact me. My wife (Sandy Collins, Class of '75) and I, have resided in Northern California for more than ten years now. We have a daughter, Alexandra, who is eight, and a son, Joseph Maxwell (aka Max) who is five.Sandy is a mortgage banker, and I am a librarian. We still have family in the valley, so return there every year or so, to enjoy the beautiful Upstate countryside. I'd like to know if anyone hears from the McMillans since their retirement. I'm sure I gave Mrs. Mac an ulcer, and I wanted to tell her that of all that I learned in high school, I still play the bass regularly and enjoy it exceedingly. Also, if anybody wants to know more about life in sunny California, send me a wire."

I am married (JoAnn) and have two children, Nicholas, age 13, and Melissa, age 11. It would be great to hear from other classmates also."

I happened to have a surprise visit over the telephone with Larry Thibault from Utica Valley Electric Co., Inc. Thanks to Larry for letting me in on this wonderful web site you have created. I am living only 45 minutes from Ilion. Of course, my parents are still there and both in good health. I visit them on a regular basis. In working with the fraternities and sororities here at Colgate University. I have met a few of my good old days high school friends. Keith Tripple who is with F.J. Pugliese Co. and Pam(Weller) Lawrence who is working at Sofco, Inc. I guess there are a few people who stayed around this area.
