Ilion Seniors Are Graduated With Program Class of 1929 Gets Diplomas at Capitol Theater Alumni Will Hold Annual Meet Tonight Ilion - the class of 1929, Ilion High School, observed commencement last evening at the Capitol Theater before an overflow attendance. The program follows: Raymont Overture; 1929 Class Song, Jean Douglas, High School Orchestra; invocation, the Rev. L. R. Benson; salutatory, Florence Neale: "The Theme of Permanent Music," Jean Douglas, "Resolved That a College Education is Essential to Success in Life," affirmative, Ruth Darling; negative, Helen Brady. "The Theme of Modern Music," George Angell, valedictory, Donald Loefler; "Melody in F," high school orchestra; greetings, class of 1879; award of prizes, Principal J. G. Prindle; presentation of diplomas, Superintendent E. P. Watkin; benediction, the Rev. L. R. Benson. The graduates are:
