Ilion Class Exceeds 100 Ilion - More than 100 students will be graduated by Ilion High School at exercises in the Capitol Theater on June 23, J. Guy Prindle, principal, has announced. The graduating group will be the largest since 1939 when 130 were graduated. The year-end activities at the school will start on June 19 with the senior class night program and will be concluded on June 24 with the 51st annual reunion of the alumni association. The Rev. Paul Wagner, pastor of the Presbyterian Church, will preach the baccalaureate sermon on June 21. Grover C. Radley, president of the Board of Education, will present diplomas at the graduation exercises on the following night, June 23. Salom Rizk, Assyrian author, will be the principal speaker. Frank Soules, valedictorian, and Richard Van Wiggeren, salutatorian, will speak during the program.
