Ilion High School Juniors Choose Christmas Ball Queen

Ilion - Miss Margaret Wagner was chosen queen of the Ilion High School Junior Class at the annual Christmas Ball, held last night in the school gymnasium. Her attendants were Sylvia Reed and Jane Russell.

The dance, based on the theme, "Santa's Dream," attracted 60 couples.

Miss Jane McKennan, physical education instructor, was faculty advisor to the dance committee, headed by Jack Kennell.

Committee members were: Music, Peggy Russell and Diane Luke; invitations, Helen Moyer; decorations, Stewart Pelton and Barbara Jarvis; publicity. Martin Burns; tickets, Matilda Faulkner and Phillip Kennell; refreshments, Margaret Koerner and Nancy Smith; program. Margaret Babcock; check rooms. Joseph Hennessey; finance.
