Richard Lewis, Ilion Athlete, Joins Navy

ILION . . . Richard Lewis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lewis, 218 S. Fourth Ave. has enlisted in the Navy and left last Tuesday to take boot training at Bainbridge, Md. Dick graduated from Dion High School with the Class of 54. While in school, he participated in track, wresting and won the sectional honors at pole vault at the Liverpool last Spring.
