ILION - Fifteen members of the Dramatics Club are planning a trip to New York City May 5 and 6. While in New York, they will see the play, "My Fair Lady."

The senior play, "Good Night Ladies," will be presented on April 14. All participants have been practicing diligently for the past three weeks.

The girls' volleyball team attended a competition in Rome today. The girls are competing against other schools for a trophy.

A Cit-Ed conference was held today at Syracuse University. Attending were Dana Nelson, Jo-Ann Tuttle, Roger Fortuna, Harold Shelly, Marilyn Nile, James Willey and Vincent Bonvino.

At this conference, the students had to give a speech on whether we should lower our living standards in the United States in order to help underdeveloped nations. A discussion was also held on what the U.S. policy should be toward neutral nations.

Last Saturday, Ilion's boys volleyball and table tennis teams brought back two trophies from the winter sports tournament held in Watertown.

On the volleyball team are Germain Foisy, Terrance McGrath, Edward Cook, Harold Shelley, Terrance Sweeney, William Drumm, Steven Jones William Kelly, Glen Kasarda, Kenneth Cowen and Roger Fortuna.

Robert Clive and Glen Bush make up the ping-pong team.

The following seniors have been accepted into college: Patricia Schneck, Oswego State; Sharon Bennett, MVTI; Donald Rasmussen, Clarkson; Bernard Valentine, Utica College.

Tonight a dance will be held in the girls' gym, sponsored by the Junior Honor Society. The theme will be "The Bunny Hop." Dancing will be from 8-11, admission is 35 cents. Refreshments will be served and prizes given away.
