Mr. Robert Hall, was born in Jamestown, New York. He attended and graduated from Jamestown High School. He later attended and graduated from Fredonia State Normal School. Here he received his Master of Science Degree in 1948. Later at Fredonia, he received his Bachelor of Science Degree. In 1957, Mr. Hall was accepted a position as research assistant, on the staff of Syracuse University, with the Central New York School Study Council. Mr. Hall planned to finish the requirements for his Doctor's Degree in education..
