William Lennox - IHS 1964 - Pharmacist
William Lennox was born, in 1946, the fourth son of William and Elizabeth (Robertson) Lennox. The family made their home at 203 Second Street, Ilion. Bill's father, William Lennox, was a Remington Arms process engineer and a 1927 graduate of Ilion High School. Bill's dad died at the family home on September 30, 1950. Bill was only 4 years old when is dad died.
Bill graduated from Ilion High School in 1964 and graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy. He married Judy Grescheck of Mohawk, NY, in August 1968 and they had two sons, Michael and William. The couple returned to Ilion in 1971 and he became a partner in Lennox Brothers, Pharmacy. He and his brother Warren operated the pharmacy for 36 years. Bill served on the board of the YMCA, he was past president of AYSO, past president of the Ilion Central School Foundation, past president of the Ilion Community Club. In 2013, was elected to serve on the merged Ilion-Mohawk, now Central Valley Central School District Board. He received the most votes of the 7 candidates that were selected. Bill received 1,087 votes. He was Ilion weightlifting coach for 13 years, a member of the Ilion Elks and member of the MV Firebirds flying club. He was also a a partner in the Lennox/Day Construction Co. for 22 years. Bill and his wife, the former Barb Wren, are enjoying retirement at their Hidden Pond Road residence in Ilion.

Dana Marie Lennox - IHS 1982 - Pharmacist
Dana Lennox was born January 9, 1965. Dana Lennox graduated from Ilion High School in 1982 and from the Albany College of Pharmacy in 1987. She was elected to Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. She is the daughter of Warren Lennox and Judith (Mack) Lennox. While Dana was growing up in Ilion, the Lennox family resided at 252 S. Fourth Avenue Ilion. Dana has one sister, Kristin Lennox-Fahey of Ilion. Dana Lennox-Tate has resided in Greenville SC. since she graduated from college. She has a daughter, Karlee, and a Joseph. She is Director of Pharmacy Services at New Horizon Family Health Services, Inc.
