Full Staff Named for 'Golden Quill' A full staff was named this week to work with Joan Billington, editor-in-chief of the "Golden Quill," the high school's monthly publication which distributed its first issue of the year last Friday. It was an eight page paper, with one full page of snapshots, less humor and, more news than in former years and well departmentalized. The "Quill" was put out under the direction of the new faculty advisor, Miss Pauline Anderson and publication is planned monthly. The new staff: Editor-in-chief, Joan Billington; Managing editor, Louise Pelton; Circulation manager, Jane Fake; Assistants, Nonie Jarvis, Virginia Russell; Sports editor, Jack Reyome; Sports writers, Milton Hess, Stuart Cramer, Ronnie Maclean, Shirley Burns; Make-up editor, Barbara Schwartz; Photography editor, Phyllis Eckler; Exchange editor, Sidney Parkington; Feature editors Kathleen Smyder, Clara Burdick; Humor editor, Shirley Eckler; Alumni editor, Robert Franceso.
