The Apple Crisp Recipe was provided by Mary Richards Hoy, Class of 1971.
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup flour
3 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
1 Tblsp cinnamon
Mix well. Crumble over sliced apples (fresh or pie filling).
Bake at 350 until golden brown.
